Freedom @ Shahala
WHERE: Shahala Middle School, 601 SE 192nd Ave., Vancouver, WA; meet at school office at 7:45am, sessions will take place in the school media center
WHEN: Thursday, November 14, 2019, 7:45am – noon
Shahala Middle School is in Vancouver’s Evergreen Public School District, and is named after the Katlagakya people, called “Shahala” by Lewis & Clark, which translates to “above.” Visiting is so much fun, with terrific kids who ask us fascinating questions (for example: are brains edible?)!
Make brain lobe hats, brain cells, and hold real brains! Ask questions and learn..!
