Noggin volunteers from Portland State University, OHSU and other area campuses will meet with about twenty 9th and 11th grade bilingual students at Madison, introducing them to neuroscience research and art projects related to understanding the brain…

Students are particularly curious about: adolescent brain development, bilingualism and mental health
