Gaming and the brain

Adam Gazzaley, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Gazzaley is a professor of Neurology, Physiology and Psychiatry and director of the Neuroscience Imaging Center at the University of California San Francisco.

Dr. Gazzaley’s research focuses on the neural mechanisms of perception, attention and memory. He is the co-founder and chief science advisor of Akili Interactive Labs, a company developing therapeutic video games.
