Welcome to Black In Biophysics Week!
FROM BLACK IN BIOPHYSICS: Black In Biophysics is an organization/movement that aims to recognize and celebrate Black biophysicists. We hope to use our platform to create a more inclusive environment in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) fields by supporting underrepresented students in our own field of biophysics and beyond.
#BIBPSNextGenerations on Tuesday, May 11th, 2021
Join our panel discussion with scientists of diverse cultural and professional backgrounds. Students at middle schools and high schools will have the opportunity to see the exciting experiments of Black scientists and speak to and have their questions answered by the panelists. To ensure maximum student participation, we encourage that teachers share the panel in their classrooms. Q&A session to follow.
