PSU Neuro Club: Neurogenesis w/Dr. Hongjun Song

WHAT: The PSU Neuroscience Club hosts guest speaker Dr. Hongjun Song to share his research, experiences and answer your questions.

Dr. Song runs a lab at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania which focuses on neural growth and development, and epigenetics/epitranscriptomics in the nervous system. He’s also a new member of the National Academy of Medicine. He’ll discuss his research as well as the implications of these systems in brain disorders.
If you’re interested in neuroscience, or brain development, this is a great opportunity to learn from an expert and ask your own questions, too!
