Learn more at the LINK… \nLet’s Talk at YouthLine\n \nWHERE: Youthline\, Portland\, OR 97239 \nWHEN: Sunday\, October 13\, 6:00pm – 8:00pm \n \nYouthLine is a peer-to-peer youth crisis and support service provided by Lines for Life—a non-profit dedicated to preventing substance abuse and suicide. YouthLine operates a national helpline that provides crisis support and referrals via phone\, text\, chat\, and email. The helpline is answered by youth daily from 4pm-10pm and by adults at all other times. \n \nYouthLine also operates a peer-supported outreach program to destigmatize mental health challenges\, increase awareness for mental health and wellness\, and encourage youth to reach out for help. \n \nNoggin volunteers will meet with teenage teen crisis line volunteers\, introduce some real brains and answer questions about adolescent development and mental health. \n \nCOMMITTED VOLUNTEERS\n1.
